A new entry-level smartphone from Poco has quietly appeared online ahead of its official debut. The Poco C81 Pro was recently spotted on Xiaomi’s global website, offering a detailed look at its expected specifications and features.
Although the listing has now been removed, reports suggest the device will feature a 6.9-inch HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 720×1600 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen is said to offer up to 650 nits of typical brightness and 800 nits in high-brightness mode, along with triple TÜV Rheinland certification.
The Poco C81 Pro is expected to run on HyperOS 3 and be powered by a Unisoc T7250 processor, paired with a Mali-G57 GPU and 4GB LPDDR4x RAM. It may be offered in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage options. The RAM can reportedly be expanded virtually up to 8GB, while storage can be increased via a microSD card.
For photography, the handset is listed with a 13-megapixel main rear camera with an f/2.2 aperture, along with an auxiliary lens. On the front, it may include an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calls.
Connectivity options are expected to include Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, NFC, USB-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device is also said to feature a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and support facial recognition.
The smartphone is likely to pack a 6,000mAh battery with 15W charging support. It measures 171.56 x 79.47 x 8.15 mm and weighs 208g.
While the company has not officially confirmed the launch, the Poco C81 Pro was recently listed on the NBTC certification website with model number 25128PC17G and certification number B38077-26, indicating that its release could be near.
