With more than 14 years of experience across customer success, and strategic client partnerships, Nayan will play a key role at PeopleStrong in deepening relationships with large enterprise customers and supporting long-term business growth.

In his new role, he will manage key enterprise accounts across India, focusing on commercial and enterprise organizations with more than 2,500 employees. His responsibilities will include driving upselling and cross-selling initiatives, strengthening strategic customer relationships, supporting renewals, and helping clients maximize value from PeopleStrong’s HR technology platform.

Before joining PeopleStrong, Nayan served as Senior Customer Success Manager – APAC at Multiplier, where he managed a portfolio of more than 25 enterprise clients across India, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia. He was responsible for account growth, revenue expansion, customer retention, and executive stakeholder engagement across the region.

Prior to Multiplier, he spent more than 3 years at Darwinbox as Manager – Customer Success. There, he managed large enterprise clients across the BFSI, technology, and manufacturing sectors, overseeing accounts with annual recurring revenues exceeding USD 10 million. He played a significant role in driving account growth through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention initiatives.

Earlier, Nayan served as Manager – Customer Success at Mettl, where he managed enterprise accounts across industries including BFSI, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, retail, IT, and manufacturing. His responsibilities included customer onboarding, strategic account planning, retention, and business expansion across India and the AMEA region.

Before transitioning into the HR technology sector, he held business development and sales leadership positions at Michael Page, managing client relationships across multinational corporations, Indian enterprises, and MSMEs. Earlier in his career, he worked with INOX India Limited and Banco Products (India) Pvt. Ltd., gaining experience in sales management, business development, market expansion, and customer acquisition.

Nayan holds an MBA in Marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune. Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record in customer success, enterprise account growth, stakeholder management, and strategic partnership development.

With his extensive experience in enterprise SaaS and customer engagement, Nayan is expected to play a key role in strengthening PeopleStrong’s customer-centric approach and accelerating growth across strategic enterprise segments.
