This promotion strengthens the leadership team of the European deep-tech and unmanned systems company as it expands its global communications and strategic positioning efforts.
Paul has been associated with Quantum Systems for more than 2 years and previously served as Public Affairs Lead & Spokesperson for Political Communications. During his tenure, he played an important role in shaping the company’s political communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, public affairs narratives, and positioning across Europe’s evolving defence, security, and sovereignty landscape.
His elevation reflects Quantum Systems’ increasing focus on global communications, brand reputation, and strategic narrative leadership.
Before joining Quantum Systems, Paul served as Director Digital Communications for the Invictus Games Düsseldorf 2023, where he led digital communications for the first Invictus Games hosted in Germany. In this role, he managed international communication campaigns, digital storytelling, and public engagement initiatives while also serving as a Major in the German Federal Armed Forces.
Earlier, he spent nearly 5 years with Initiative Neue Soziale Marktwirtschaft (INSM), Germany’s largest political action group. During his time there, he progressed from Campaigner to Campaign Manager and later Head of Social Media, leading strategic public policy campaigns, digital advocacy, and large-scale communications programs.
His broader professional journey also includes communications and public affairs roles at CEO Positions AG, Serviceplan Group, the Free Democratic Party (FDP), the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in London, and the Bundeswehr.
Across these positions, he gained strong expertise in political strategy, international relations, defence communications, executive communications, and public affairs management.
With more than 10 years of experience across strategic communications, defence, political affairs, and public relations, Paul brings deep expertise in global communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, sovereignty narratives, and brand positioning to his expanded role at Quantum Systems.
