Sharing her thoughts on the appointment, Preeti Grover thanked the Board for its trust and confidence and said she looks forward to working closely with fellow directors to uphold the highest standards of corporate governance.
With nearly 30 years of experience across corporate governance, company law, board advisory, compliance management, and secretarial practice, Grover brings extensive expertise in governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and advisory services for listed and private organisations.
Currently, she serves as an Internal Committee Member under the POSH Framework for organisations including India Glycols Limited, The Hi-Tech Gears Limited, and Varindera Constructions Limited, supporting workplace governance, compliance, and employee protection initiatives.
She has also been actively associated with The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for several years. She currently serves as NIRC Member Elect 2023–2027 and earlier held the position of Chairperson of the Noida Chapter of NIRC of ICSI. During her tenure, she led multiple seminars, workshops, governance programmes, and professional development initiatives for company secretaries and students across India.
Grover has also been leading her independent professional practice, PG & Associates, for more than 20 years. Through the firm, she has advised listed companies, LLPs, and private organisations on corporate governance, board appointments, statutory compliance, company incorporation, governance reporting, secretarial audits, LODR compliance, annual filings, and restructuring initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she worked as Specialist Officer (Company Secretary) at Oriental Bank of Commerce, where she handled board secretariat and governance functions, including board reporting, listing compliance, annual reports, and committee coordination.
She also served as Company Secretary at Havells India Ltd, managing company secretarial operations, regulatory filings, shareholder matters, annual reports, and stock exchange compliance activities.
Over the course of her career, Grover has built strong expertise in governance reporting, regulatory affairs, statutory compliance, board advisory, and corporate governance leadership.
