KPMG India has promoted Mohit Rangani to Director, recognising his strong track record in finance transformation, corporate finance, accounting, and advisory.

In his new role, Mohit will lead complex client engagements, strengthen the firm’s financial advisory capabilities, and drive strategic business outcomes across KPMG India’s practice.

Mohit brings more than 17 years of experience across consulting and corporate finance. Before his promotion, he served as Associate Director at KPMG India, where he spent nearly 6 years progressing through multiple leadership roles and contributing to key client engagements and business growth.

Earlier in his career, he held finance leadership positions at Reliance Infrastructure and Reliance Power. During this period, he developed extensive expertise in financial reporting, SAP implementation, corporate finance, taxation, internal controls, and large-scale project accounting.

With over 17 years of industry experience, Mohit brings deep expertise in finance transformation, corporate finance, accounting, financial reporting, advisory, taxation, SAP implementation, and governance. His promotion reflects KPMG India’s continued focus on strengthening its leadership team and delivering strategic financial advisory solutions to clients.
