USV Private Limited has promoted Meenal Adesh to Vice President – Human Resources, reinforcing its leadership team as the company continues to strengthen its people strategy and organisational transformation efforts.
In her new role, Meenal will lead strategic HR initiatives across the organisation, focusing on talent management, leadership development, organisational capability, workplace culture, digital HR transformation, and workforce readiness to support USV’s long-term business growth.
Meenal has been with USV Private Limited for over 5 years. Before this promotion, she served as Associate Vice President – Human Resources and Senior General Manager – Human Resources. During her tenure, she has led key transformation initiatives, enterprise-wide reskilling and upskilling programmes, future skills development, HR metrics, and people capability building, helping strengthen the company’s talent ecosystem.
Before joining USV, Meenal spent more than 7 years at Keva – Fragrances, Flavours & Aroma Ingredients, where she advanced from Deputy General Manager to General Manager – Organisation Development & Talent Management. She led performance management, talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, HR technology transformation, SuccessFactors implementation, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and HR business partnering.
Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership roles at Sahara India, NITCO Limited, Vodafone India, Philips Electronics India, Suzlon Energy, and Convergys, building more than 20 years of experience across organisational development, talent strategy, HR transformation, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
With over 20 years of HR leadership experience, Meenal brings deep expertise in organisation development, talent management, leadership capability, HR digital transformation, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and strategic workforce planning. Her promotion positions her to further support USV Private Limited’s long-term growth and talent development strategy.
