Over the years, Tim has played a key role in driving brand growth, customer engagement, and strategic marketing leadership across several international markets. His appointment comes as McDonald’s UK & Ireland continues to strengthen its customer-focused marketing and digital transformation strategy.

Before taking on this role, Tim served as CMO, IOMBU at McDonald’s, where he led marketing strategy across key international operating markets. Prior to that, he worked as Marketing Director in Australia, overseeing marketing initiatives for one of the brand’s most dynamic regional businesses.

Throughout his tenure with McDonald’s, Tim progressed through several leadership positions including National Marketing Manager, Group Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager, National Brand Manager, and Marketing Consultant. Across these roles, he contributed to national campaigns, customer experience strategies, and franchise-led business growth initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Tim worked with Red Rooster as National Marketing Coordinator, where he developed strong expertise in brand management, campaign execution, and consumer engagement.

With extensive experience in global brand stewardship, operational marketing excellence, and customer-centric innovation, Tim’s appointment strengthens McDonald’s UK & Ireland leadership as the company continues navigating changing consumer trends and digital transformation opportunities.
