Jen brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across high-growth technology companies and private equity-backed organizations. Known for building scalable people functions and employee-first cultures, she has led transformational HR initiatives across cybersecurity, legal technology, communications, and SaaS sectors.
In her new role, Jen will lead Virtru’s people strategy with a focus on leadership capability, talent engagement, organizational culture, and employee experience as the company continues its growth journey.
Before joining Virtru, Jen served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Casepoint, where she played a major role in shaping the company’s HR and people strategy during a period of accelerated growth. Prior to becoming CHRO, she also worked as Vice President – People, contributing to employee engagement and organizational capability initiatives.
Earlier, Jen was Chief People Officer at Deepwatch, where she built the company’s people function from the ground up and helped create a highly engaged remote-first culture within the cybersecurity industry. Her leadership focused on succession planning, talent strategy, employee experience, and organizational growth.
Jen also spent nearly 5 years with KLDiscovery in leadership roles including Vice President – Global Human Resources and Director – Human Resources. During this period, she led global HR initiatives for more than 2,000 employees across 20 countries while supporting multiple acquisitions and aligning people strategies with business growth objectives.
Before that, she held HR leadership roles at organizations including MHM Services, RCN Business, and Aptela, where she contributed across talent strategy, organizational development, performance management, compliance, and leadership engagement.
Beyond her corporate career, Jen has actively participated in executive HR communities. She served as a founding member of CPOHQ and is also a member of Chief, networks focused on supporting senior HR leaders and women executives.
With this appointment, Virtru continues strengthening its leadership and people strategy as it scales its global privacy and cybersecurity-focused operations.
