Maulin Parekh joined Nykaa in February 2025 as Vice President & Head, Risk Assurance & Management. Since then, he has been leading initiatives across enterprise risk management, governance frameworks, strategic assurance, compliance, operational resilience, and business transformation.
His elevation to Senior Vice President reflects Nykaa’s confidence in his strategic leadership and contribution to strengthening the company’s governance and growth agenda.
Before joining Nykaa, Parekh served as SVP & Head – Strategic Transformation at Pine Labs, where he led large-scale business transformation initiatives across payments, fintech, operational excellence, and enterprise growth functions.
Prior to Pine Labs, he held senior leadership roles at Deloitte India, serving as Executive Director and earlier Director within the Strategy & Operations consulting practice. During his tenure, he managed transformation programmes across telecommunications, technology, finance, and operational ecosystems in global markets.
Earlier in his career, Parekh spent nearly 10 years at KPMG, progressing through multiple consulting leadership roles including Technical Director, Associate Director, Manager, and Assistant Manager. His work included business transformation, strategic operations, finance, procurement, customer experience, and management consulting projects across telecom, retail, FMCG, and capital markets sectors.
His professional journey also includes operational and risk management roles at Vodafone Essar Ltd, where he focused on subscriber risk management and fraud mitigation, along with surveillance and compliance responsibilities at The Stock Exchange, Mumbai.
With more than 20 years of experience across risk management, consulting, governance, fintech, telecommunications, and consumer technology, Parekh brings extensive strategic and operational expertise to his expanded leadership role at Nykaa.
