METL is developing Reliance MET City, a large integrated township spread across 8,250 acres in Jhajjar, Haryana.

Jaiswal joins METL after serving as CEO of Eldeco Group. He brings more than 20 years of experience and will lead the overall business and growth strategy for Reliance MET City.

His responsibilities will include driving industrial, residential and commercial development, attracting new investments and businesses, strengthening the development pipeline and expanding the integrated ecosystem across multiple asset classes.

Shrivallabh Goyal, Whole Time Director of METL, said, “His experience across development, strategic partnerships, revenue generation and branded real estate makes him well suited to lead Reliance MET City through its next phase of expansion.”

Reliance MET City has already attracted significant business interest, with more than 650 companies from 12 countries, including leading national and international corporates, establishing their presence in the township.

Jaiswal’s appointment comes as METL focuses on strengthening the township’s development and expanding its industrial, residential and commercial ecosystem.
