In her expanded role, Lindsey will support the Endoscopy business by leading strategic HR programs focused on leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and people-focused initiatives aligned with Stryker’s growth and innovation goals.
Before this promotion, Lindsey served as Director, Human Resources (Endo Shared) at Stryker, where she worked closely with leadership teams to strengthen employee engagement, business transformation, and talent management strategies across the organization.
Earlier, she held the role of Director, Human Resources (DRE) and previously served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Digital, Robotics, and Enabling Technologies (DRE). In these positions, she partnered with senior leadership on change management, culture development, leadership effectiveness, and strategic workforce initiatives supporting key business priorities.
Lindsey also contributed significantly to strengthening Stryker’s employee relations framework during her tenure as Senior Employee Relations Manager. In this role, she helped build a center of excellence within the company’s Corporate Workplace Practices function and led workplace investigations, organizational integrity programs, and employee relations initiatives across multiple divisions.
Before joining Stryker, Lindsey worked with Planned Parenthood Northern California as Senior Human Resources Business Partner, leading initiatives related to leadership development, employee engagement, recruitment transformation, compensation strategy, and diversity and inclusion programs. She also established leadership development programs aimed at improving employee retention and workforce capability.
Earlier in her career, Lindsey spent more than 10 years with Nordstrom in several progressive leadership roles, including Rack Store Manager, Divisional Retail Merchandiser, and Department Sales Manager. During this period, she built strong expertise in talent development, leadership coaching, workforce planning, and operational management while leading large retail teams and business operations.
With extensive experience across organizational development and people leadership, Lindsey is expected to play an important role in advancing Stryker’s employee-focused growth and transformation strategy.
