In her expanded leadership role, Zoya will continue leading initiatives focused on building an inclusive workplace culture, enhancing employer brand visibility, and strengthening campus talent engagement as Godrej Properties continues its growth journey in the Indian real estate sector.
Before her promotion, Zoya served as Senior Manager (Lead – D&I | Employer Branding) at Godrej Properties, where she played a significant role in advancing diversity and inclusion programs and strengthening employer branding strategies across the company.
Earlier, she worked as Manager (Lead – Diversity & Inclusion and Employer Branding), contributing to people-centric initiatives and helping strengthen the organization’s positioning as an employer of choice within the industry.
Prior to joining Godrej Properties, Zoya spent more than 6 years with Jotun MEIA as Influencer Marketing Manager. In this role, she led influencer engagement and brand communication initiatives across the Middle East, India, and Africa region, building strong expertise in strategic branding, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategy.
She started her professional career with Tata Capital as a Management Trainee, where she gained foundational business and management experience.
Zoya holds a Master of Management Studies (Marketing) degree from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education.
With strong experience across branding, inclusion, and talent engagement, Zoya is expected to continue playing a key role in strengthening Godrej Properties’ people and employer branding initiatives.
