KSH International has appointed Swapnil Jugade as its Chief Digital Officer (CDO). Based in Pune, he will lead the company’s digital strategy and transformation initiatives, with a focus on driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth.
Announcing his appointment, Jugade said, “I am honored to take on the role of Chief Digital Officer at KSH International. I look forward to driving successful digital innovation, enhancing customer value, and enabling sustainable growth through the latest and best digital solutions.”
In his new role, Jugade will be responsible for developing the company’s digital strategy and roadmap, managing digital programmes and projects, evaluating digital applications and platforms, leading proof-of-concept initiatives, and overseeing the implementation and rollout of digital solutions across the organisation.
Before joining KSH International, Jugade served as CIO – IT and Digital at Welspun Corp Limited, where he led technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives across the company’s manufacturing operations in India and the United States.
With more than 27 years of experience, he has built expertise across manufacturing, supply chain management, ERP, IT, and digital transformation. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions at Cummins India, C&S Electric (Siemens Group), Yokohama Group, Revent Engineering Group, and Welspun Corp.
Jugade holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Karad, and an Executive MBA from S P Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.
He has also received several industry recognitions, including The Legend Award at the World CIO 200 Summit 2023 and the IT Visionary Leader of the Year Award 2023.
At KSH International, Jugade is expected to accelerate the company’s digital transformation journey and strengthen its technology capabilities to support long-term business growth.
