Garima joins from Apraava Energy, where she served as Vice President – Human Resources, leading key HR functions and initiatives.
Prior to that, Garima was Chief People Officer at Evonith Steel. She also spent over 17 years at Holcim, working across ACC and Ambuja Cement in leadership roles focused on HR strategy, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Her appointment reflects KEC Asian Cables’ focus on strengthening its people capabilities and driving organisational growth through strategic HR leadership.
