In this role, he will focus on bringing together market intelligence and AI, strengthening the company’s capabilities across technology insights, data, and innovation.
Before stepping into this position, Bradley served at IDC as SVP AI & Chief Scientist, where he led global AI initiatives. He worked closely with the company’s proprietary data assets and business intelligence capabilities to develop new products and enhance existing solutions. His elevation to CTO reflects strong confidence in his leadership across AI, data, and product innovation.
Prior to IDC, he spent more than 6 years at LivePerson as SVP Data Science & ML, Chief Scientist. During this time, he built the company’s AI research practice and led the development of a conversational AI product suite that powered hundreds of millions of interactions annually. He also contributed to generative AI advancements, launching tools used by major brands for employee assistance and customer-facing chatbot solutions.
Earlier, Bradley held senior roles at Nike, including Senior Director, Data & Personalization Science, and Director of Personalization Science. He led teams focused on personalization, causal inference, testing, audience targeting, and consumer intelligence, strengthening his expertise in applied data science and large-scale customer insights.
Before Nike, Bradley worked at Amazon as Head of Data and Analytics, Amazon Search Experience, and earlier as Research Scientist. At Amazon, he led teams leveraging machine learning and large-scale data to improve search experiences, audience segmentation, and analytics infrastructure.
Earlier in his career, Bradley held scientific research roles as Physicist at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Research Associate at Los Alamos National Laboratory, and Researcher at San Francisco State University. These roles built a strong foundation in scientific research and analytics.
Bradley’s career reflects a steady progression across AI, machine learning, data science, enterprise analytics, and technology leadership, positioning him to lead IDC’s next phase of innovation.
