Groisman brings extensive experience across HR leadership, talent development, employee relations, compliance, and executive partnership. Most recently, she served as SVP, People at Okta, where she led global teams spanning People Business Partners, Talent, Development & Experience, Connection & Community, and Employee Relations & Compliance. She previously held the role of VP, People at Okta, further strengthening her expertise in enterprise HR leadership.
Earlier, Groisman was VP, People & Places at Renesas Electronics, serving as HR business partner to the IoT & Infrastructure Business Unit and leading HR functions across North America and APAC. Her responsibilities included Global HR Business Partners, Facilities & Real Estate, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.
Groisman also served as VP, Human Resources at Lumileds, where she led HR teams supporting R&D, the LED Solutions Business Unit, and corporate functions, along with Americas HR Operations. Prior to that, she spent nearly 9 years at Applied Materials, progressing through multiple senior HR leadership roles. During this time, she supported leadership across Finance, IT, and M&A, while leading global mobility, immigration, employee relations, compliance, and remote work programs.
Earlier in her career, she managed Expert HR Solutions LLC, supporting businesses with compliance audits, harassment prevention training, affirmative action planning, and policy development. She also served as Director, Human Resources at Troon Golf LLC, leading global HR programs. She began her career as an attorney at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, advising clients on labor and employment matters.
In addition to her corporate roles, Groisman serves as a Board Member at City Year San José/Silicon Valley, reflecting her engagement in governance and community leadership.
