His experience spans market strategy, compliance, and risk management. He has led initiatives focused on driving growth while ensuring strong regulatory adherence and risk control frameworks.

Known for his leadership approach, he has been recognised for building high-performing teams and driving innovation in banking operations. His ability to navigate complex challenges, make strategic decisions, and deliver value has been a consistent part of his career.
