Instamart has appointed Nandita Sinha as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective August 3. She will lead the company’s next phase of growth, with a focus on enhancing customer experience, driving operational excellence, accelerating innovation, and expanding its presence in India’s fast-growing quick commerce market.
Nandita brings over 2 decades of experience in the consumer internet industry. Her appointment comes as Instamart continues to strengthen its position in India’s rapidly evolving quick commerce sector and advances its long-term growth plans.
Before joining Instamart, Nandita served as the CEO of Myntra, where she led the company to become India’s largest fashion e-commerce platform while achieving EBITDA profitability in 2024. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at Flipkart, Britannia Industries Limited, and Hindustan Unilever (HUL), gaining extensive experience across e-commerce, retail, FMCG, business strategy, and consumer growth.
Her appointment reflects Instamart’s focus on building a strong leadership team as it continues to scale its business and expand its market presence.
Nandita Sinha also holds an MBA degree from FMS Delhi.
