A new leak suggests that Honor is working on a smartphone designed to push the limits of battery life and display performance. The upcoming device is tipped to feature a battery capacity exceeding 10,000mAh along with a display capable of reaching up to 10,000 nits of peak brightness.
According to information shared by tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the smartphone could become one of the most powerful devices in terms of battery capacity and screen brightness if the reported specifications are accurate. However, Honor has not officially confirmed the existence of the handset or announced any launch plans.
The leak does not reveal the device’s name or provide details regarding its processor, camera setup, charging technology, or release timeline. Despite the limited information, the reported combination of a 10,000mAh+ battery and a 10,000-nit display has generated significant interest in the smartphone industry.
While the brightness figure stands out, industry observers note that peak brightness ratings are measured under specific testing conditions and may not reflect everyday screen performance during regular use.
The latest report follows Honor’s recent focus on smartphones with large batteries and high-brightness displays. In December 2025, the company introduced the Honor Win and Honor Win RT in China, both equipped with 10,000mAh batteries and displays offering up to 6,000 nits of peak brightness.
Earlier this month, Honor also launched the Honor Win Turbo, featuring a 10,000mAh battery and a display rated at 8,000 nits peak brightness. Another model, the Honor Power 2, offers an 10,080mAh battery along with a display capable of reaching 8,000 nits.
The new leak indicates that Honor may be preparing to take these specifications even further. More details about the smartphone are expected to surface ahead of any official announcement from the company.
