In her new role, Kim joins the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) and will lead the people strategy for the Electronic Solutions business. Her focus will include talent development, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and workforce transformation to support innovation and growth in advanced aerospace technologies.
Kim brings over 20 years of global HR leadership experience across industrial, manufacturing, and technology sectors. Most recently, she served as Vice President Human Resources & Integration at Honeywell UOP, where she led HR for a $3.2 billion division. She supported 3,800 employees globally while driving enterprise talent strategies, M&A integration, and leadership development initiatives.
Prior to Honeywell, Kim spent nearly 6 years at Johnson Controls as Executive Director, Global Human Resources. There, she supported operations with a workforce of over 28,000 employees, partnering with senior leadership on business strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and global diversity initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she held senior HR roles at Rockwell Automation, leading HR strategy across multiple global manufacturing locations, and at DRS Power & Control Technologies, where she advanced through roles in HR, program management, and business operations. These roles helped her build strong expertise in industrial relations, large-scale transformation, and cross-functional leadership.
Across her career, Kim has consistently aligned people strategies with business transformation, driven cultural change, and built high-performing organizations in complex global environments.
She holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
