With more than 18 years of experience spanning hospitality, retail, staffing, media, and consumer marketing, Honey will lead Kaara Hotels’ brand strategy, marketing communications, guest engagement programs, partnerships, and integrated marketing initiatives.
She joins the company with a strong track record of driving brand growth and business performance across organizations in India and the UAE. Throughout her career, Honey has developed and executed strategic marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms, helping brands enhance customer engagement and achieve measurable business results.
One of her notable achievements includes leading the launch of the first VIP loyalty shopping card for electronics customers in the UAE. Supported by a comprehensive ATL, BTL, and social media strategy, the initiative significantly improved customer loyalty and helped increase sales contribution in the segment to nearly 40%.
In her new role, Honey will focus on strengthening Kaara Hotels’ brand presence, driving integrated marketing and communication strategies, enhancing guest experiences, building strategic partnerships, and overseeing digital and offline campaigns. She will also support the company’s growth plans by developing brand narratives that connect with modern travellers while reinforcing Kaara’s positioning as an experience-led hospitality brand.
