In her new role, she will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to drive strategic growth initiatives and enterprise-wide priorities while strengthening organizational execution, cross-functional collaboration and leadership effectiveness across the company.
Naureen brings extensive experience in Global Capability Centre (GCC) advisory, technology strategy, digital transformation and business growth across North America, India and the Middle East.
Before joining Hexaware Technologies, she served as Project Lead at Zinnov, where she led end-to-end GCC design and transformation programmes for Fortune 500 companies. She also developed strategic growth initiatives for leading hyperscalers, supporting large-scale technology and business transformation.
Earlier, Naureen worked at Wipro, where she held a business development and consultative sales role. She led technology strategy and digital transformation programmes across North America and India, built and expanded a Smart Solutions practice with a global business pipeline, and served as the global point of contact for strategic integrated deals across the telecom, aviation and utilities sectors.
Naureen holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur, which included an international exchange programme at Alba Graduate Business School. She also earned a Bachelor’s in Fashion Technology from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), India, graduating as a Gold Medalist.
Her appointment reflects Hexaware Technologies’ focus on strengthening strategic leadership and driving enterprise-wide growth and transformation initiatives.
