Hexaware Technologies has appointed Shephali Sharma as Senior Vice President & Global Delivery Head – Healthcare & Life Sciences.
In her new role, she will lead global delivery for the Healthcare & Life Sciences business, focusing on AI-led transformation, operational excellence, quality-driven execution, and stronger client partnerships to support business growth across the sector.
Shephali brings extensive experience in consulting, digital transformation, and technology leadership. Before joining Hexaware Technologies, she held senior leadership roles at Version 1, Birlasoft, Tata Communications, and HCLTech.
Throughout her career, she has led global consulting, IT strategy, digital transformation, portfolio modernization, cloud consulting, CRM, data analytics, and large-scale delivery functions. She has also built high-performing teams, managed P&L-driven business units, strengthened consulting and technology capabilities, and delivered enterprise transformation programs for global clients across healthcare, life sciences, financial services, telecommunications, and other industries.
Her appointment reflects Hexaware Technologies’ continued focus on expanding its Healthcare & Life Sciences business through innovation, delivery excellence, and customer-centric digital transformation.
