Inka joins the Executive Board and oversees the global HR organization, along with facility management, corporate security, and sustainability.
Inka brings over 25 years of experience in human resources management across international technology companies. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Infineon Technologies, where she led global HR functions with a strong focus on business partnering. During her tenure, she played a significant role in shaping personnel structures to support global growth and transformation.
Her career also includes several years of leadership experience in North America, along with deep expertise in organizational development and post-merger integration.
