Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) has appointed Nikunj Mall as its Head of Investor Relations, adding a finance professional with experience across investor relations, business performance, corporate finance and investment banking to its leadership team.

Mall joins HCCB after more than 2 years with Lenskart.com, where he worked in Business Performance Management and Investor Relations. He brings more than 12 years of experience spanning consumer businesses, biotechnology, investment banking and healthcare-focused corporate finance across India and the United Kingdom.

The new role marks Mall’s return to Bengaluru, where he previously spent nearly 4 years with Biocon Biologics. At HCCB, he will lead investor relations for one of India’s leading beverage companies.

Before joining HCCB, Mall worked at Lenskart.com from April 2024 to August 2026. Based in Gurugram, his role expanded his experience in the consumer sector while building on his background in finance, capital markets and stakeholder engagement.

Prior to that, Mall spent more than 3.5 years at Biocon Biologics in Bengaluru, working across Business Finance and Investor Relations from September 2020 to April 2024.

Earlier, from November 2018 to August 2020, he was an Associate at Lazard in London. Before Lazard, he spent more than 4 years with Deutsche Bank, progressing from Analyst in Mumbai to Corporate Finance Analyst and then Associate in London.

At Deutsche Bank, Mall worked in Healthcare Investment Banking, covering global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare services and MedTech companies. During his Mumbai tenure, he worked on healthcare-sector analysis and ideas related to IPOs and mergers and acquisitions.

His experience in London-based corporate finance and investment banking later led him into business finance and investor relations roles, giving him an international foundation in capital markets and corporate finance.

Mall holds a B.Tech/M.Tech in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, completed between 2009 and 2014. His combination of biotechnology education, healthcare investment banking and corporate investor relations experience brings a multidisciplinary perspective to his new role at HCCB.
