Neeraj brings more than 23 years of experience in banking and wealth management, with expertise spanning private banking, affluent banking, client relationship management, and business leadership.
Before joining Godrej Capital Wealth, Neeraj served as Senior Director at Kotak Private. Prior to that, he spent over 18 years at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he held several senior leadership positions, including Executive Vice President & Zonal Head, West; Executive Vice President & Zonal Head, North – Priority Banking; Senior Vice President & Regional Head, Delhi NCR; Vice President & Circle Manager; and Associate Vice President.
Earlier in his career, Neeraj also held leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank and HDFC Bank, gaining extensive experience across retail banking, wealth management, and customer engagement.
In his new role, Neeraj will lead business growth initiatives and focus on strengthening Godrej Capital Wealth’s presence across key customer segments. His appointment is expected to support the company’s efforts to expand its wealth management offerings and accelerate long-term growth.
