Ganesh brings over 20 years of experience in factoring and trade finance. In his new role, he will focus on advancing operational efficiency, driving digital transformation, ensuring regulatory compliance and leading teams as the organisation expands its global trade finance capabilities.
Ganesh joins RXIL Global IFSC Limited from Receivables Exchange of India Ltd (RXIL), where he served as Head of Product. In this role, he played a key part in shaping product strategy and building platform capabilities for trade finance solutions.
Earlier, he was Chief Operating Officer at 360tf, where he led operational strategy and contributed to scaling digital trade finance capabilities within a fast-evolving fintech environment. He also worked with India Exim Bank as a Factoring Consultant, strengthening his expertise in international trade finance frameworks and regulatory alignment.
Nalawade has also held leadership and consulting roles at The Digital Fifth and Global Trade Consultancy Services, advising financial institutions and fintech firms on trade finance, operations and digital transformation.
A significant part of his career was spent at India Factoring and Finance Solutions Private Limited, a member of the FIMBank Group. During this time, Ganesh held multiple senior roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Head – Operations, and Head – Special Projects & Operations Outsourcing. He led large-scale operations, enhanced outsourcing models and drove business growth across trade finance functions.
He also worked with FIMBank plc as an AVP and began his career in factoring with Global Trade Finance, building a strong foundation in trade finance operations and client servicing.
