Fynd has appointed Dr. Devam R Shah as Chief Agentic Security Officer, where he will lead efforts to transform enterprise security and privacy into an AI-native function across the company’s commerce ecosystem.
In his new role, Dr. Shah will focus on security and privacy across storefronts, catalogues, seller systems and fulfilment infrastructure. The ecosystem supports Reliance Retail, Reliance Brands Limited and Jio, serving more than 300 global enterprises and a large-scale retail network.
His mandate centres on bringing AI-led capabilities into enterprise security while supporting the evolving technology and operational needs of the Fynd commerce ecosystem.
Before joining Fynd, Dr. Shah held roles at Teachmint, Locus, Kennesaw State University, Great Learning, Meditab Software Inc., Microsoft and iFour Technolab Pvt. Ltd.
His professional experience spans security, technology, academia and enterprise platforms, giving him exposure to a wide range of technology and organisational environments.
At Fynd, Dr. Shah’s appointment adds a dedicated leadership focus to the company’s approach toward AI-native security and privacy across its growing commerce infrastructure.
