Experian has elevated Nidhi Arora to Country HR Head, expanding her leadership mandate after nearly four years with the global data and technology company.

Arora’s elevation follows her role as Head of HR for Experian’s Global Innovation Centre in India, where she has been responsible for driving people and HR priorities in one of the company’s key technology and innovation hubs.

In her expanded role, Arora will take on a broader people leadership mandate for Experian in India, with a focus on aligning the organisation’s people strategy with its business and growth priorities.

Her experience at Experian has included working closely with business and technology teams on areas spanning talent, organisational development, employee experience and culture. Her move into the country-level role comes as global technology and data companies continue to place greater emphasis on building agile workforces and strengthening leadership pipelines.

Arora’s elevation also reflects the growing importance of India within Experian’s global operations. The company’s Global Innovation Centre in India is a key part of its wider technology and innovation ecosystem, supporting products, platforms and capabilities across markets.

With the new mandate, Arora will be expected to bring together the people priorities of Experian’s India operations while supporting the organisation’s evolving talent and workplace strategy.

The appointment adds another senior HR leadership transition to a technology sector where people functions are increasingly moving beyond traditional talent management to play a more direct role in transformation, capability building and business growth.
