With nearly 15 years of professional experience, Dhanya has built a strong reputation for driving brand growth, customer engagement, and business transformation across consumer and technology-focused organizations.

Before taking on her new role, she served as General Manager – Marketing at Instamart, where she led strategic marketing initiatives, media planning, and brand-building campaigns. Her contributions played a key role in strengthening the brand’s market presence and customer outreach efforts.

Prior to joining Instamart, Dhanya was Head of Brand Marketing at TenderCuts.in, where she focused on increasing brand visibility and supporting revenue growth. She also held the position of Brand Manager at Licious, contributing to the company’s brand development and business expansion initiatives.

Earlier in her career, she worked as Brand Planning Director at MullenLowe Lintas Group, Senior Brand Strategy Manager at RK Swamy Limited, Lead Market Research Analyst at Converseon, Special Project Intern at Weber Shandwick, and Content Editor at the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).

Throughout her career, Dhanya has developed expertise across brand strategy, consumer insights, campaign management, growth marketing, market research, and integrated communications.
