Guruprasad Ramamoorthy joins Deloitte as Chief Technology Officer

Deloitte has appointed Guruprasad Ramamoorthy as its Chief Technology Officer, marking a significant milestone in his technology leadership career. He brings extensive expertise in cloud computing, infrastructure, networking, and digital transformation, backed by decades of experience leading large-scale global technology operations and innovation.

Before joining Deloitte, Ramamoorthy held several senior leadership roles at S&P Global. His positions included Senior Vice President, Global Head of Cloud & Infrastructure, Vice President, Global Head of Cloud & Infrastructure, Vice President, Global Head of Infrastructure & Network Services, Vice President, Global Head of Network Architecture, Engineering & Operations, and Senior Director, Head of Technology – Site Lead, Global Talent Center (GTC).

He also served on the Advisory Board at Alkira, Inc. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions as Head of Operations & Infrastructure at Visa, Head of Infrastructure – Technology Services Group (TSG) at BNY, and Infrastructure Operations Lead at Sify Technologies Limited. He also worked as Infrastructure Operations Lead at HCLTech, Infrastructure Consultant at Saksoft, and began his career as Infrastructure Assistant at A.K. College of Engineering.

With his deep expertise in enterprise technology, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation, Ramamoorthy is expected to play a key role in driving Deloitte’s technology strategy and innovation initiatives.
