Clarience Technologies has appointed Kurt Krzewinski as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, as the company looks to strengthen its global people strategy alongside its continued growth.
In his new role, Krzewinski will oversee the company’s global HR strategy, with responsibility for supporting its people, culture and organisational development.
Krzewinski joins Clarience Technologies from Camaco, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. During his tenure, he led the company’s global HR strategy and its Compensation Committee for the Board of Directors.
His career spans more than 25 years in human resources leadership, with significant experience across manufacturing and automotive businesses. Before Camaco, Krzewinski served as Vice President of Human Resources at Nemak, where he led the HR function for its Americas business unit.
He has also held senior HR positions at Aptiv and Eaton, working across areas including talent, organisational capability, compensation, employee relations and HR transformation. Earlier in his career, he held HR leadership roles at Honeywell and developed his foundational experience in talent acquisition, labour relations and human resources at General Motors.
Krzewinski holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Wayne State University.
His appointment comes as organisations increasingly place HR leadership at the centre of broader business transformation, with people strategy, organisational capability and culture becoming closely tied to long-term growth.
At Clarience Technologies, Krzewinski will bring this experience to a global mandate spanning people strategy and culture as the company continues to scale.
