McDermott previously served as President and Chief Revenue Officer, where he played a key role in driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and leading teams with a clear focus on execution and results. In his new role, he will guide the company into its next phase, with continued emphasis on delivering value to customers, partners, and employees.

CAS Holdings operates through its divisions, including iAutomation and RND Automation, offering a full range of industrial automation solutions. Its capabilities span product distribution, technical support, custom machine building, and system integration.
Serving OEM machine builders and end-users, the company brings expertise in motion control, robotics, and vision systems. It also provides value-added services such as kitting, sub-assembly, panel building, and turnkey automation solutions, positioning itself as an extension of customers’ engineering and production teams.
McDermott will focus on advancing strategic priorities, strengthening market position, and delivering innovative automation solutions across industries.
