BDR Pharmaceuticals has appointed Niral Bhatt as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing more than 2 decades of experience across human resources, talent management, performance management, employee engagement and HR business partnering.
In his new role, Bhatt will contribute to strengthening the organisation’s people strategy and HR leadership agenda.
He joins BDR Pharmaceuticals after spending more than 13 years with Zydus Group, where he progressed through various HR roles and developed extensive experience across people management and organisational requirements.
Earlier in his career, Bhatt held HR leadership positions at Aditya Birla Group, Larsen & Toubro and Cafe Coffee Day.
His professional journey began with roles at Future Group India, C. Mahendra Exports Limited and Academy of Human Excellence, where he built his foundation in human resources and people management.
Across more than 2 decades, Bhatt has developed experience spanning talent management, performance management, employee engagement and HR business partnering.
His appointment at BDR Pharmaceuticals adds experienced HR leadership as the organisation continues to strengthen its people strategy and broader business priorities.
