Based in Toronto, Ashish steps into the role after serving as Managing Director for India, where he played a major role in expanding the company’s regional operations and market presence.
With 17 years of experience at Turner & Townsend, Jain brings strong expertise in leading high-performing teams, managing large programmes, and driving strategic business growth across complex markets. In his new role, he will report to Anooj Oodit, Regional Managing Director, Americas.
During his leadership in India, Ashish expanded the company’s workforce to more than 700 professionals and helped the organisation secure recognition as a Great Place to Work® for 4 consecutive years. He also led the company’s expansion into Hyderabad and Ahmedabad and managed major capital expenditure programmes, PMO functions, and project controls across complex multi-stakeholder projects.
His appointment reflects Turner & Townsend’s continued investment in Canada, where he will focus on accelerating business growth, strengthening service delivery, and supporting organisations in executing complex programmes with measurable outcomes.
Apart from his operational and strategic leadership experience, Jain is also recognised for his focus on talent development, mentorship, and creating collaborative work environments that encourage innovation and professional growth.
