In this new role, Amit will lead the company’s people strategy across large-scale manufacturing operations. His responsibilities include overseeing HR governance, HR policy frameworks, employee engagement, talent acquisition, industrial relations, succession planning, SAP HANA HR, analytics, and AI-enabled HR tools.
Before joining Viraj Profiles, Amit served as Head HR / General Manager at Maharashtra Seamless Limited. There, he managed HR and personnel functions across multiple manufacturing facilities while leading workforce engagement, safety, industrial relations, and leadership development programs.
Earlier in his career, Amit held leadership positions at Apex Buildsys, MITCON Consultancy and Engineering Services Ltd, and several development and industrial organizations. Through these roles, he built strong expertise in HR operations, compliance, stakeholder management, administration, capacity building, and talent development.
Amit holds a PGDHRM – Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from XLRI – VIL Programs, further strengthening his strategic HR leadership background.
