In her new role, Mandalia will focus on strengthening business development initiatives, driving growth opportunities, and building strategic partnerships aligned with the company’s life insurance priorities.
Before joining Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, she was associated with M2P Fintech, where she held roles including Deputy Vice President and Business Development – New Segments. Her work there focused on new segment development, fintech partnerships, and scaling business growth across financial technology solutions.
Earlier, Mandalia worked with Dhanvarsha Finvest Limited in the MD’s Office, gaining exposure to strategic priorities and financial services operations. Prior to this, she served as Head – Strategic Alliances & Partnerships at APAC Financial Services Private Limited, leading partnership-driven growth initiatives.
Mandalia also held a role in Strategic Alliances at PaySense, contributing to partnership development within the consumer lending and fintech ecosystem. She also took on a short advisory role with Rajasthan Royals and worked as Project Lead at Just Buy Live Enterprise Pvt. Ltd., focusing on business and project execution.
Mandalia began her career with J.P. Morgan, where she spent over 6 years across roles including Customer Service Specialist, Team Coach, Team Manager, and Team Leader, building a strong foundation in customer service, team management, and operational leadership.
