In her new role, Aditi Dutta will continue to contribute to the company’s people strategy, HR operations, employee engagement and organisational effectiveness, supporting business growth and workforce alignment.
Dutta joined ICICI Lombard as Chief Manager – Human Resources and has now progressed to the AVP position. Her elevation reflects her growing impact in strengthening HR processes and supporting the organisation’s talent priorities.
Prior to this, she spent over 7 years with Aditya Birla Group, where she held roles including Senior Executive HR, Assistant Manager and Manager. During this time, she built strong experience in HR management, people processes and business-aligned human resource practices.
Earlier in her career, she worked with RJ Group of Companies, TRANSVEN, Octaga Green and Sugar Co. Ltd., Dencowear Ltd, and Hindustan Unilever Limited. Across these roles, she developed expertise in recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, compensation, employee engagement, grievance handling, market research, absenteeism analysis and workplace safety initiatives.
With a diverse background across multiple organisations, Dutta brings well-rounded HR expertise to her expanded role at ICICI Lombard.
