Apex Fintech Solutions has appointed Glickman Colon as Global Head of HR Business Partnership & Talent Management, bringing together strategic HR leadership and talent management responsibilities in his new global role.
Colon joins Apex after serving as Director – Human Resources Business Partner, Information Technology at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). He previously held the position of Associate Director – HR Business Partner within the organisation’s Information Technology function, gaining experience in HR partnership within a technology-focused financial infrastructure environment.
Before DTCC, Colon held global roles at Nasdaq, including Global Diversity Senior Manager – Diversity, Equity & Culture and Global Program Manager – Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging. His responsibilities covered areas such as diversity, inclusion, belonging and organisational culture across the global financial services and technology organisation.
Colon earlier built his HR career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he held roles across human resources, learning and talent development. His experience included Talent Development for Consumer & Community Banking, Business Manager for Learning & Development within Asset & Wealth Management, and HR positions supporting the Corporate & Investment Bank.
His career has given him exposure to HR business partnering, talent development, learning, organisational culture and inclusion across banking, financial infrastructure and financial technology environments.
Alongside his corporate career, Colon has served as a Board Member of First Tech Fund, a nonprofit supporting students from low-income and underserved communities in New York City through access to laptops, connectivity and digital literacy.
Colon holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Stony Brook University.
At Apex Fintech Solutions, he will focus on strengthening HR business partnership and talent management across the organisation as the financial technology company continues to operate within the evolving digital investing ecosystem.
