JLL has moved Anushree Singhal into the role of Global People Partner – JLL Business Services (JBS), expanding her responsibilities from a regional mandate to a global people leadership role.
In her new position, Singhal will partner with JBS centres across India, the Philippines, China, Costa Rica and Poland. Her responsibilities will span people strategy across a geographically diverse business and support JLL Business Services as it develops its capabilities across markets.
Her expanded role brings together people strategy, technology and business transformation. Singhal will focus on building future-ready capabilities, supporting talent reskilling and addressing the people requirements associated with JLL Business Services’ AI and digital transformation initiatives.
Before taking up the global role, Singhal served as Head of People Experience – Work Dynamics West Asia and People Partner – PDS APAC at JLL. In this dual role, she worked with APAC leadership on people strategy and led HR programmes covering talent management, performance and rewards.
She had earlier led People Experience for Work Dynamics and Workplace Management across West Asia.
Singhal joined JLL after building a long career at Genpact, where she moved from operations leadership into senior human resources roles and eventually became Assistant Vice President – Human Resources.
At Genpact, her HR responsibilities covered talent acquisition, learning and development, succession planning, performance management, culture, compensation and benefits, organisational effectiveness and people strategy.
Her earlier experience at Genpact also included managing large portfolios in commercial leasing and lending for banking and financial services clients. This gave her experience across both business operations and HR leadership.
Singhal began her professional career with Times Bank. She holds a PGDBA in Operations from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
In her new role at JLL Business Services, Singhal brings together experience across people strategy, business operations, talent management and organisational effectiveness as the business continues to develop its digital and AI-enabled operating capabilities.
