The Executive Centre (TEC) has expanded its India footprint with a new flexible workspace at DLF Atrium Place in Gurugram. Launched on Tuesday, the centre covers around 94,100 sq ft and adds more than 1,000 workstations to the company’s India portfolio.
The facility strengthens TEC’s presence in Delhi-NCR and is designed for multinational corporations, Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and growing enterprises looking for flexible office space in a major commercial district.
DLF Atrium Place is located within Gurugram’s established business ecosystem and offers access to public transport networks. The centre is housed in a Grade A office building pre-certified with USGBC LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum ratings. TEC said these sustainability and wellness credentials support its focus on workplace design and employee wellbeing.
The new centre features private offices, collaboration areas and lounges, along with a Barista Bar, wellness room and private phone booths. It also includes secure keyless locking systems and other business amenities.
The facility follows The Executive Centre’s hospitality-led service model and is positioned as a workplace solution for companies seeking flexibility along with managed office infrastructure.
India’s flexible workspace demand grows
The expansion comes as India’s office market continues to see strong leasing activity. According to CBRE data cited by the company, office absorption across India reached a quarterly record of 24.6 million sq ft in Q2 2026.
Delhi-NCR also recorded its highest quarterly flex-space take-up during the period, pointing to continued demand for flexible workspaces among enterprise occupiers.
TEC Managing Director and CEO Paul Salnikoff said Gurugram remains a major destination for global businesses, with companies increasingly looking for workplaces that combine flexibility, quality and employee-focused amenities.
He said the DLF Atrium Place centre brings together design, operational standards and hospitality as part of TEC’s premium flexible workspace approach.
The new facility is part of TEC’s wider India expansion as demand for managed and flexible office spaces grows among large companies and enterprises.
TEC Group currently operates across 38 cities in 15 markets. Its portfolio serves businesses at different stages of expansion, including those seeking flexible offices, managed workspaces and locations for market entry or workforce expansion.
With more than 1,000 workstations, the Gurugram centre adds further capacity for companies seeking larger managed-office requirements in the Delhi-NCR region.
