IDFC FIRST Bank has elevated Pankaj Singh to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), recognising his contributions to the bank’s people strategy and business growth over the past 7 years.
In his expanded role, he will lead the bank’s overall HR agenda, focusing on talent strategy, leadership development, organizational transformation, employee experience, and workforce excellence to support its long-term growth.
Before this elevation, Pankaj served as Head HR – Retail Banking, Customer Experience and Operations and Head HR – Retail Assets at IDFC FIRST Bank. During his tenure, he played a key role in strengthening the bank’s HR strategy across multiple business functions.
With more than 20 years of experience, Pankaj has held senior HR leadership roles at Indiabulls Consumer Finance Limited, Capital First Limited, Royal Bank of Scotland Business, and Standard Chartered Bank. Throughout his career, he has built expertise in talent management, HR business partnering, employee engagement, organizational development, and strategic human resources.
