Strengthening its global people strategy, tk accelis has appointed Jennifer Weihs as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective October 1, 2026.
With more than 15 years of experience in strategic HR, organizational transformation, talent management, and leadership development, Jennifer will play a key role in advancing the company’s people agenda as it continues its global expansion.
Jennifer joins tk accelis from OBI Group Holding, where she served as Managing Director People & Organizational Development (CHRO). She led the HR and organizational development strategy for approximately 40,000 employees across 10 countries, focusing on international HR strategy, organizational capability, and leadership development to support business growth.
Before OBI Group, Jennifer spent nearly 6 years at Fresenius Group, most recently as Senior Vice President Human Resources. She was responsible for group-wide HR strategy, HR operations in Germany, chaired the Fresenius Group HR Steering Committee, and provided functional leadership to HR heads across the company’s business segments. Earlier, as Vice President Talent Management, she led employer branding, recruitment, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, HR processes, HR technology implementation, and HR reporting.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer built expertise in HR strategy and organizational transformation through consulting roles at Korn Ferry, Willis Towers Watson, hkp/// group, and Kienbaum. She also served as a lecturer at the International School of Management (ISM) and DHBW Lörrach, teaching personnel psychology, personnel development, and HR controlling.
Jennifer’s appointment reflects tk accelis’ commitment to strengthening its people strategy as the company expands its leadership in materials distribution, processing, and digital supply chain solutions.
