Strengthening its leadership team and talent strategy, TA Associates, a global private equity firm, has appointed Marie Suesse as its Chief Human Capital Officer, effective immediately.
Based in the firm’s Boston office, she will lead TA’s Talent team and work closely with senior leadership on talent strategy, recruitment, training, professional development, performance management, and overall employee experience. She will report to Jennifer Barbetta, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer.

Before joining TA Associates, Suesse served as Global Head of Human Capital, Communications & Administration at Värde Partners, where she led talent strategy, recruitment, performance management, and learning and development across 6 global offices. Earlier, she spent 9 years at Artisan Partners, helping establish the firm’s HR foundation, and previously held recruiting leadership roles at J.P. Morgan.
