HDFC Bank has appointed Siddharth Gupta as Head – Alliances & Partnerships, strengthening its leadership team as it expands its partnerships and affordability solutions business.

In his new role, Siddharth will lead the bank’s alliances and partnerships portfolio across Credit Card EMI, Debit Card EMI, and affordability solutions. He will focus on expanding partner ecosystems and scaling EMI-led credit offerings to enhance customer access to flexible financing solutions.

Before this appointment, Siddharth served as Head – Sales Enablement, GTM, HNW, Corporate Salary & Government Banking at HDFC Bank. During his tenure, he played a key role in driving sales enablement, go-to-market strategies, and business growth across multiple banking segments.

With extensive leadership experience at HDFC Bank, Siddharth has developed strong expertise in retail banking, sales transformation, strategic partnerships, business planning, customer acquisition, and sales enablement. He has successfully led large-scale growth initiatives, launched new business channels, and strengthened customer-focused banking solutions.

His appointment reflects HDFC Bank’s continued focus on expanding its partnerships ecosystem and enhancing affordability-driven financial solutions to support long-term business growth and customer engagement.
