Wipro has expanded its partnership with Palo Alto Networks to deliver AI-powered Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services, helping organizations enhance cyber resilience and improve security operations in an increasingly complex threat landscape.
The expanded collaboration combines Palo Alto Networks’ Cortex XSIAM platform with CyberShieldSM, Wipro’s managed security services offering, to create a unified solution designed for modern security operations.
According to the company, the new offering leverages artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation to provide proactive cyber defense capabilities. The solution is intended to simplify security workflows, improve threat prediction, and strengthen protection against evolving cyber risks.
The platform will also enable faster threat detection and response across complex IT environments by reducing noise, improving analyst productivity, and helping security teams focus on high-priority threats.
The offering is supported by Wipro’s WEGA and WINGS AI delivery platforms, which form part of Wipro Intelligence, a portfolio of AI-powered platforms, solutions, and services focused on workflow orchestration, automation, and service transformation across security operations.
