Amit Nehru joins Rubrik to lead global partner ecosystem and alliance growth

With more than 25 years of experience in sales, alliances, channel development, and partner ecosystems, Amit will lead Rubrik’s global GSI and MSP strategy. In his new role, he will focus on expanding strategic alliances, strengthening go-to-market collaborations, increasing market reach, and driving sustainable growth through the company’s partner network.

His appointment comes as organizations continue to prioritize cyber resilience, data security, and AI-driven transformation, areas where Rubrik is expanding its ecosystem-driven approach.

Before joining Rubrik, Amit spent nearly 6 years at ServiceNow, holding several leadership positions within the company’s global partnerships organization. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Global Partnerships and Channels, where he was responsible for strengthening strategic partner engagement and expanding the company’s global ecosystem. He also held roles including Area Vice President, Global Partnerships & Channels and Senior Director, Global Partnerships, contributing to partner-led revenue growth and alliance development.

Prior to ServiceNow, Amit held leadership positions at PTC, serving as Senior Director, Worldwide GSI & Management Consultants and Director, GSI & Management Consultants. During his tenure, he focused on building relationships with global consulting firms and systems integrators while supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives through strategic partnerships.

Earlier, he served as Director – Global Systems Integrators Business at Hitachi Data Systems, leading alliance strategies and partner engagement programs across international markets.

Amit also spent more than 4 years at 3i Infotech Ltd., where he held leadership roles including Director – Relationships (Sales and Alliances) and Relationship Manager. His work focused on developing strategic customer relationships and alliance programs that supported business growth across multiple regions.

Earlier in his career, he held alliance and sales leadership roles at Accenture and Bharti Airtel/Net4India/Primus, building expertise in enterprise sales, account management, business development, and channel partnerships.

Over the years, Amit has built a strong reputation in alliance management, channel strategy, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market execution. His experience working with GSIs, MSPs, ISVs, consulting firms, and technology partners is expected to play a key role in advancing Rubrik’s global ecosystem strategy.

At Rubrik, Amit will help drive strategic partnerships, accelerate customer adoption, and support the company’s mission of strengthening cyber resilience while enabling secure AI innovation.
