A seasoned leader with more than 22 years of experience at Axis Max Life Insurance, Qadri has played an important role in shaping the company’s distribution and business growth strategies over the years.
During his tenure, he has held several leadership positions, including SVP & Head – Bancassurance & GCL (Yes Bank Relationship), National Relationship Head – Bancassurance, CVP & Head – Distribution Strategy, Transformation & Alternate Channels, and Corporate Vice President & Head – Affluent Business.
His experience spans bancassurance, distribution strategy, relationship management, wealth management, transformation initiatives, and affluent business development. Through these roles, he has contributed significantly to strengthening partnerships, expanding distribution capabilities, and driving business performance.
With his deep understanding of the insurance sector and extensive leadership experience across multiple business functions, Qadri is well-positioned to lead the next phase of growth for the Group Credit Life and Corporate Solutions business.
