
In this role, Turhan will focus on portfolio optimization and inorganic growth, helping shape the company’s industrial automation strategy.
Turhan transitioned into this position after nearly a decade leading marketing and business development across Europe. He has been associated with Schneider Electric for over 30 years, building a strong leadership track record across global markets.
Most recently, he served as SVP Marketing & Business Development – Europe Operations, where he led strategic initiatives across marketing communication, digital customer experience, pricing transformation, and the rollout of IoT-enabled solutions such as EcoStruxure.
Prior to this, he held the role of Middle East Zone President (SVP), overseeing a EUR 1 billion+ business across 20 countries. During his tenure, he successfully doubled revenue while managing full P&L responsibility, regional strategy, and large-scale organizational growth.
Turhan also served as SVP Eastern Europe & Central Asia, leading operations across 16 countries and managing a workforce of over 1,500 employees. Earlier, as Country Manager (General Manager) – Turkey, he handled end-to-end business operations including sales, marketing, manufacturing, and services, along with acquisitions and post-merger integration.
His earlier roles at Schneider Electric include Industrial Operations VP & Plant Director, Assistant Commercial Director, and Production Manager, where he built deep expertise in industrial operations, supply chain, and manufacturing transformation.
With a career spanning more than 36 years, Turhan brings extensive experience in global operations, strategic growth, and transformation leadership.
