Rishabh will lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, induction and background verification to support the company’s growth in the QSR sector.

Rishabh brings strong experience in talent acquisition across consumer-facing and technology-driven organizations. Most recently, he was with Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., where he held multiple roles including Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, Manager – Talent Acquisition, and Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition. During his tenure, he contributed to scaling hiring operations in a high-growth QSR environment.

Prior to that, he worked at Bharti Airtel as Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition, managing recruitment strategies and supporting talent requirements across business functions.

Earlier, he spent over 2 years with OYO, where he held roles such as Global Talent Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In these positions, he gained international exposure and supported hiring strategies across global markets, including Europe.

He began his career as an HR intern with OYO, building a strong foundation in recruitment and talent management. Rishabh holds an MBA in Human Resources from Amity University, Noida.
